Follow our dumpster rental checklist for a smooth and convenient roll off experience! We have broken them down into what you need to do before the dumpster arrives, what you need to know while using the dumpster, and what to do after your rental period is over.
Pre-Dumpster Rental
Before you rent a dumpster, there are just a few things to consider. This pre-dumpster rental checklist will make sure you’re adequately prepared for your roll off container.
- Clear a space large enough for a dumpster
- Mark off dumpster delivery zone with cones, paint, or instructions
- If the ground is soft or if you want to place the dumpster on asphalt in the summer, we recommend placing some lumber down to prevent sinking
- Determine what type of material you are disposing of
- Estimate how much material you will dispose of
- Think about when, and how long, you will need your roll off rental
- Call Breeding Roll Off Service to get your quote and schedule delivery
- Communicate your plans with household members and neighbors to avoid problems
During Dumpster Rental
Once your dumpster arrives, there are several things to keep in mind as you dispose of waste and debris. Thank you in advance for following the rules regarding our containers!
- Do not fill above fill line
- No hazardous materials
- Tires must go on top (disposal requires an additional fee, which is determined by the landfill and depends on the size of the tire)
- No horseplay in or around containers
- No hot ashes or fires in containers
- Call us to empty and replace your dumpster as many times as necessary during the rental period
After Dumpster Rental
After we pick up your dumpster, there’s just a few things left to do.
- Leave us a review on Google and/or Facebook
- Claim 10% off your next rental by leaving us a review (using your legal name)!
You’re ready to get to disposing now that you know what to expect before, during, and after your dumpster rental!
