No. You do not have to be at home or on the job site during delivery, but we prefer to have a contact number in case there is a question when we arrive. We do recommend you mark out where you would like the dumpster to be placed with cones or paint if you have not given verbal instructions and/or will not be able to be on-site for delivery.

You can put common household and construction debris in the dumpster. Recyclable material, clean concrete, and select other materials are eligible for a flat rate. You CANNOT put anything flammable, toxic, or otherwise considered hazardous material in the dumpster. Batteries, asbestos, paint, and chemicals are not allowed in the containers. Tires can be discarded in the dumpster, but they must be placed on top of all other debris — and an additional fee will apply.

Customers can send a check to our headquarters office at 3941 Federalsburg Highway, P.O. Box 436, Federalsburg, MD 21632. You may also call to provide a credit card over the phone. For your convenience, we accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Checks.

Yes; the standard rental period is 2 weeks, which will include 2 weekends. If you need a dumpster on a holiday, we recommend getting it delivered well prior to the big day. rental period, you will have your can on the holiday.
