Typically no. But some H.O.A.’s will not allow a dumpster to sit on the street/curbside overnight or more than 5 hours. Be sure to ask your H.O.A. if your neighborhood requires a permit for one of our dumpsters.
You can put common household and construction debris in the dumpster. If the container resides on a construction site, household refuse cannot be put into the can, due to dumping restrictions.
You CANNOT put anything flammable, toxic, or otherwise considered hazardous material in the dumpster. Batteries, paints, oils, asbestos, or any other hazardous materials are NOT ALLOWED in the containers.
If tires are discarded in the dumpster, an additional fee will apply at tipping. Tired MUST be on top of all other debris.
Dumpsters are also available for brush, leaves and general yard waste – but household trash cannot be mixed in the same container as yard waste.
